Now must walk, luggage in tow, all the way back through the casino again to front desk. FOUR NIGHT STAY IN A LAS VEGAS PREMIUM SUITE WITH 1 MILLION TIER SCORE. I take luggage and walk all the way to other end of casino, to find the keys don’t work. Told for my issue, that I could have a late check out time. No record of my check in! How was my card swiped, interaction with front desk personnel, etc completely gone!? Talk to someone and she gets my room, gives me keys. Came back later to find kiosk machine lines ( where you retrieve your room keys) at hour long waits.) finally at 8 pm kiosk open. Casino Host at Caesars Entertainment Corporation Las Vegas, NV.
